Use A Stainless Steel Fry Pan

Use a stainless steel fry pan to cook a variety of foods.

A sturdy stainless steel fry pan serves a cook well. With its shiny surface ready to fry a variety of foods, a stainless steel pan is a useful and versatile piece of cookware. It is also exceedingly easy to care for a stainless steel pan. It cleans without much elbow grease and will withstand years of use while staying shiny.

Instructions

1. Heat the empty fry pan on the stove top on medium high. Wait approximately two minutes for the pan to heat completely and then add 1 to 2 tbsps. of cooking oil to the fry pan.

2. Adjust the burner to the heat you need to fry the food you will be adding to the pan.

3. Add the food. As the food cooks, you should hear it sizzling. Stir the food with plastic or wood utensils to prevent burning and sticking. Continue until the food is cooked and remove the pan from the burner.

4. Remove the food from the pan and serve. Allow the pan to cool.

5. Hand wash the fry pan in the sink with dish detergent. Submerge the pan in soapy water and allow it to soak for up to five minutes. Use the dishcloth to remove residue from the pan. If any food is stuck to the pan, use a nylon scouring pad to remove it. Continue scrubbing until you remove all residue. Rinse with warm water and then dry it with a dishtowel.
