Protocols For The Gmv Ems

GMV EMS protocol communicates emergency medical treatment information.

Minutes mean life or death after an accident. Patients depend on emergency medical providers for ambulance services and critical care in emergencies. EMS systems rely on vital communication, reliable service and privacy. GMVEMS is the EMS software and communications protocol designed by the European Space Agency Operations Center's GMV to collect and store standardized patient, medical, statistical and manufacturer data. GMV designed software for integrated mission analysis, flight dynamics, navigation and mission control.

Record Keeping

GMV EMS software Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a data warehouse of EMS data. Business Intelligence (BI) provides automation of data extraction, transformation and loading (ETL). EMS software interfaces with health care professionals, medicine, emergency medicine, first aid and EMS world. EMS software creates and accesses patient records, creates treatment records and processes insurance and billing information.

First Call

Initially, when an ambulance service receives an emergency call, GMV EMS software selects and creates Call Detail Records. GMV EMS software assembles patient's medical records and information relating to the patient's condition. Real-time patient and treatment information is received in the ambulance while the EMT rushes the patient to the hospital. EMS software captures and processes emergency care information, creates medical treatment records and processes billing and insurance information.

Message Software

GMV EMS is multimedia software with the ability to process Short Message Service (SMS) mobile text messages, Short Message Peer-to-Peer (SMPP) mass market bulk emails and External Machine Interface (EMI) and Universal Computer Protocol (UCP) to connect text messages to mobile phones. Optical IP Switching (OIS) is a fiber-optic connection between networks. In OIS, messages transverse multiple routers before reaching a destination. SMTP authentication is an extension of simple mail transfer protocol. A Push Proxy Gateway sends messages to cell phones.

Integration of Messages

GMV interconnects mobile EMS network operators (MVNO) to the host network operators without a radio infrastructure. The EMS network operators isolate the EMS communications and information from other operators, host data and processes. EMS subsystems are separated by data gateways and interfaces among the many intricate EMS processes.
