Which gutter guard works best with a metal roof?
My cedar shake roof was recently replaced with standing seam metal. Apparently only certain types of gutter guards can be used now - those that do not attach to the roof. Does anyone have any suggestions for a good gutter guard that does not have to be attached to the roof? I haven't seen them around here but TOH put some on a couple years ago which were seamless aluminum - the guard was part of the gutter. If you have K-style or OG try gutterfittings.com. They carry guard that can snap into the gutter or flashing. I use their step lock allot. Cheers. Thank you very much for your suggestion! I'll look into that!
