Identification of Common Symptoms of Endometriosis
Pain is considered to be the most common symptom of endometriosis. Pelvic pain tends to follow the menstrual cycle, but occasionally occurs at different times. This pain can be debilitating, even with the use of mild painkillers. It can also be felt in the lower back.
Time Frame of Pain Symptoms
Pain symptoms can be experienced before, during, or after menstruation. They may occur during ovulation. Other times may include during the bowel movements or urination, during, or after intercourse.
