Take the time to separate the snacks into small portions. Store the snacks in small throw away containers. This way you can grab a healthy portion on the go and take it with you in the car. Look for high protein snacks. Try to stick with treats that will fill you up and not keep you wanting more.
4. Finally, keep your snacks nearby. If you feel the urge to pick one up you will have a healthy prepared snack right there. This will help you with you diet. You will no longer overindulge because you are starving having not eaten for hours.
