Use The Jade Egg

Jade egg exercises intensify female orgasms.

Jade is revered by Taoists for its healing properties. These properties lie in the jade's balance of yin and yang energies and its ability to regulate the body's Qi, or vital life force energy. In the Taoist meditation practice of Qi Gong, much of the body's vital energy comes from the sexual organs. Mastery of this energy gives women prolonged orgasms and longevity. Jade eggs were a tool used to strength a woman's vaginal muscles and help her control her vital Qi.

Instructions

1. Clean the jade egg. Clean the egg with a mild soap and cool water. Hot water will damage the jade stone over time and interfere with the stone's energetic properties.

2. Lace a strain of dental floss through the hole at the narrow end of the egg. This hole is drilled into the egg to allow for a string that helps with removal. As you become more advanced, weights can be tied to each loose end of the string for added strength training.

3. Insert the egg into the vagina. The wider end of the egg is inserted first.

4. Contract the vaginal muscles and the perineum to hold the egg in place. These muscle exercises are called Kegels, named after Dr. Arnold Kegel, a gynecologist from the 1940s. When the muscles contract you will feel them tighten around the egg. This will help you estimate the amount of pressure in each contraction.

5. Repeat the exercises in the morning and evening. Perform 50 quick contractions, then release. Contract your muscles again and hold the egg for six-second intervals; repeat this 10 times.

6. Remove the egg by pulling on the dental floss. Wash with soap and cool water then store inside a soft cloth.
