Polish A Valplast Partial Denture

Valplast partial dentures are a new option to traditional metal partials. Valplast dentures are made out of nylon resin, instead of rigid metal. Valplast partials are flexible, natural looking, and unbreakable. Valplast appliances also come with a lifetime guarantee against breaks and fractures.

Instructions

1. Purchase Val-Clean brand denture cleaner for your Valplast dentures. It is important that you use Val-Clean instead of generic brand cleaners because they may be less effective, and they can even damage or discolor the appliance. Val-Clean can be purchased through Valplast Supply Services online or over the phone.

2. Soak your Valplast partial in Val-Clean for at least 10 to 15 minutes a day. It is also necessary to soak appliances overnight a minimum of three nights a week. Lastly, soaking should also occur when the appliance is not being worn to keep it hydrated.

3. Clean your Valplast appliance on a regular basis. Cleaning includes both soaking and rinsing the appliance. Using toothpaste and toothbrushes to clean Valplast partials is not recommended. Using toothpaste and brushing your appliance can make it dull as well as leave scratches.

4. Rinse your appliance after cleaning and before wearing. Rinsing is also suggested after eating snacks and meals to prevent the accumulation of food particles. Food particles can be removed by simply rinsing them away. A sonic denture cleaner can be used to shake off food particles that cannot be easily rinsed away.

5. Maintain regular dental hygiene practices. It is important to continue to brush and floss natural teeth as directed by your dentist. It is also important to visit a dentist on a regular basis. Practicing good hygiene habits along with good cleaning habits ensures better oral health and a healthier mouth.
