Acupressure For Sinus Pain Relief

Acupressure for Sinus Pain Relief

Acupressure for sinus pain relief is commonly used for allergy sufferers or those with chronic sinus pain. By application of firm finger pressure, sinus pain relief can be achieved in addition to the headache, stuffiness and other discomforts that usually accompany it.

Acupressure Sinus Point One

GV 24.5 is located between the eyebrows in the indentation between the nose and forehead. Pressing firmly might relieve hay fever and sinus congestion.

Acupressure Sinus Point Two

B 2 is found in the small indentations at the inner portion of the upper eye sockets toward the nose. They are often located at the inner end of the eyebrows. These acupressure points are useful for sinus pain and congestion, headaches and irritated eyes.

Acupressure Sinus Point Three

Li 20 is located in the fold at the outer edge of both nostrils. It is helpful in relieving swelling of tissue and nasal congestion.

Acupressure Sinus Point Four

St 3 is found in the hollow beneath both cheekbones. Pressure on these points might help with head congestion, stuffy nose and watery or irritated eyes.

Acupressure Sinus Point Five
