Instructions
1. Place nutritional yeast in a salt shaker with a spoonful of rice an use it regularly as a condiment for meals and snacks. 2. Add 1/2 tsp. of nutritional yeast for every cup of liquid in gravies and sauces. The nutritional yeast boosts your B vitamin content, while adding flavor and helping to thicken your sauces and gravies.
3. Boost B-vitamins by mixing 1 Tbsp. of nutritional yeast for every 2 cups of other ingredients when making veggie or meat burgers, casseroles, stews and more. Because of it's fantastic cheesy flavor, it can also be sprinkled on pizza, lasagna, tacos, burritos and more.
4. Bake with nutritional yeast, adding 1 tsp. of yeast for each cup of flour used. The flavor will be a subtle addition for a boost in nutrition to sweet or salty baked goods.
