1. Losing weight in your face can easily be done by losing weight everywhere! For most, the fat that surrounds your face is either the first to go or the last to go. This means a sensible diet filled with fruits and vegetables and plenty of vitamins! You don’t have to go on a crash diet, just attempt to make a lifestyle change for the better. 2. Drink plenty of water. You probably already know that drinking water is good for your body, keeping it cleansed and healthy. Did you know however that drinking water could help you lose weight? It has been shown that drinking water can help decrease your appetite. It is also extremely good for your body in order to keep out toxins and anything else. Drinking water can help reduce the fat in your face just like it does with the rest of the body. Most studies say you should drink 2 to 3 liters of water a day which is a lot, so if you cannot do that try for at least 1 to 1 ½.


3. Cut down on your food intake. Just eating less, while it will help lose the fat in your face to a certain extent, won’t necessarily target only your face. There are a few things you may be consuming that could be adding to the roundness of your face, such as alcohol and soda pop. You would be surprised by how much drinking less soda and mixed drinks can change the look of your face!


4. Exercise your face. This may seem like a silly idea but in all honesty doing facial exercises are good for you even if you don’t have a fat face. You’ve probably heard that smiling can help thin out your face and that is true to a certain extent. Doing these facial exercises is similar to smiling, although they are a little more in depth. Facial exercises can be anything as simple as winking one eye for 20 to 30 repetitions to stretching your mouth while flexing your cheek muscles. Directions for facial exercises can be found online or even on video. They are more popular than you might think!


5. Consider cosmetic surgery. If you are really desperate you can always consider cosmetic surgery, but before you do that there are some other things to consider. The way in which you apply make up to your face could make a difference. Use more blush, giving your face the appearance of high cheekbones, which will make your face seem thinner. The way in which you wear your hair can also make an impact on the look of your face. Having shorter hair can make your face look shorter and rounder.
