Instructions
1. Begin taking B vitamins. The suggested dose is 100mg per day. B vitamins are responsible for sending messages to your brain. This is a function you want to be at it's best. Thiamine is also a B vitamin that gets eaten up quickly when a person cries or is upset. You will need to keep that Thiamine at it's proper level when you start to feel upset. So take your B vitamins to both prevent and to treat your anxiety.
2. Use Valerian root. This dietary supplement comes from the roots of plants. The Valerian root has a calming effect and is perfect for using when you begin to feel anxious. Valerian root is also used to treat insomnia which many individuals suffering from anxiety have. An adult will want to take between 1 to 10 grams per day depending on the severity of the patients symptoms.
3. Take calcium and Vitamin D at the same time. Calcium has the ability to help calm you down by relaxing your muscles. You need the Vitamin D to help your body absorb the calcium for the best effect. You should take 600 mg of calcium along with a regular Vitamin D tablet.
4. Take Coenzyme Q10 for it's antioxidant benefits. Antioxidants provide the body with added immune health and help send oxygen to your bodies tissues. An adult should take between 50 to 100 mg once or twice per day depending on the severity of the symptoms.
5. Take extra Vitamin C which reduces any swelling you may have plus boosts your immune system. An adult needs to take 250 to 500 mg per day.
