1. Fill a coffee cup with water to start the process of easing your morning sickness. Place the coffee mug in the microwave for 2 minutes to heat the water.


2. Place a tea bag of mint tea into the warm water in the coffee mug. The smell of the mint as it steeps should start to ease your morning sickness so stand near by.


3. Let the mint tea steep for at least 2 mintues. If you prefer your tea stronger, let it steep longer to ease your morning sickness.


4. Remove the mint tea bag from the mug. Sit down and relax and slowly sip on your mint tea to ease your morning sickness.
