Instructions
1. Choose an herb to use to support your health. Use ginger to boost your immune system, echinacea to kill and prevent infections or viruses, or dandelion root to improve the digestive system.
2. Steep the herb you selected in 2 cups of boiling water for 10 minutes.
3. Sweeten your tonic with honey and drink it.
4. Blend together the rose water and witch hazel. Dab the mixture over your skin, and then rinse it off after a few minutes. This tonic will improve the health of your skin.
5. Mix together the olive oil, rosemary oil and origanum oil. Coat your hair with the mixture, and then take a steam bath. Shampoo after your remove your hair tonic.
