What Is Ion Cleanse Detoxification

What Is Ion Cleanse Detoxification?

Ion cleanse is a method of detoxification. It rids the body of physical pollutants through the feet. The pollutants include parasites, toxic metals, dead cellular material, industrial chemicals and ordinary bodily waste products. Ion cleanse usually takes 30 minutes per treatment. Most people get 14 treatments, one every other day. Despite the claims by proponents, there is controversy around whether ion cleanse actually works. Some people claim the discoloration of the water is due to the rapid corrosion of the iron electrodes and not the release of toxins.

Types

Ion cleanse involves a unit marketed for this purpose or a basin of salt water, plugged into a down-charging unit with electrical power.

Function

The foot bath draws body ions out of the tissues in the feet and into the water's ionic components.

Result

As the pollutants leave the body, the water in the foot bath changes color. This shows the toxins that have been removed from your tissues. Reading the color of the water will tell you what your body is releasing.

Color Changes

If the water turns blue, it's indicative of toxic dumping from the kidneys. Orange water is related to your joints, yellowish water indicates bladder toxins and brown water shows that toxins have left your liver.

Scum

There may be a scum floating on top of the water that appears to look like cheese. This indicates the presence of candida albicans, a type of fungus. Black flecks in the water represent the release of heavy metals and goblets of oil mean fatty tumors are breaking up.

Considerations

Pain will go away while undergoing an ion cleanse. When the water stops changing color, that means toxins are no longer being dumped.
