Make An Apple Cider Vinegar Bath For Sore Muscles

Make an Apple Cider Vinegar Bath for Sore Muscles

Raw, organic apple cider vinegar is a naturally occurring antibiotic and antiseptic that contains powerful enzymes and minerals, including potassium. It has numerous internal and external uses, including providing relief for sore muscles and aching joints. Bathing with raw apple cider vinegar is one way to find sore muscle/joint relief. Soaking in warm water relaxes muscles and joints while the vinegar adds potassium to the affected areas. Potassium helps keep body tissues soft and flexible and the muscles toned.

Instructions

1. Fill your bathtub with warm water and add 1 to 2 cups of raw apple cider vinegar to the tub.

2. Soak in warm apple cider vinegar water for at least 30 minutes.

3. Massage entire body, starting with the feet. Squeeze and relax each part of foot gently but firmly. Work slowly up the right leg to the hip, then do the same to the left leg. Continue up the torso, then the arms and neck. Always rub upward towards the heart. Lightly stroke upward on the face. Do not pull skin down.

4. Go over scalp with a firm fingertip dry massage, then finger-rub the ears.
