Treat Multiple Sclerosis Without Crab Drugs

The CRAB drugs (Copaxone, Rebif, Avonex and Betaseron) are powerful chemicals used to treat multiple sclerosis (MS). For some people, they are effective in slowing down MS progression. These medications are often expensive and don't ease symptoms or stop progression of the disease. In addition, many people report serious, even life-threatening side effects from taking the CRAB drugs. As an alternative to these drugs, people all over the world use simple, natural and effective ways to ease symptoms and even stop disease progression.

Instructions

1. Eliminate all MSG from your diet. Read labels. MSG can be hidden under many names: monopotassium glutamate, glutamic acid, gelatin, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, hydrolyzed plant protein, autolyzed yeast, sodium caseinate and textured protein are just a few.

2. Eliminate all aspartame from your diet. This means giving up diet sodas and other diet products. Aspartame poisoning is more common than most people believe and mimics the symptoms of multiple sclerosis and other neurological diseases.

3. Stop eating anything with artificial colors or flavors. For most people, this means giving up expensive, processed convenience foods and cooking at home.

4. Become informed about Low Dose Naltrexone (LDN). This medication has been used for over 10 years to stop the progression of multiple sclerosis. It also eliminates or reduces MS symptoms in many people.

5. Follow the Best Bet Diet. This diet involves avoiding legumes, dairy and other foods that mimic the proteins of the central nervous system.

6. Have complete food allergy testing done. Many people with multiple sclerosis have hidden food allergies. When they identify and stop eating allergens, their symptoms diminish, and flareups decrease.

7. Consider using herbal therapies to relieve symptoms and repair myelin. Ginko biloba and ginseng help relive brain fog. Cayenne pepper helps increase circulation and relieve numbness. Fish oil and lecithin can repair damaged myelin. Vitamin B12 helps reduce fatigue.
