Find A Reflexologist Reflexology Chart

Reflexology is a wonderful adjunct modality to add to any healing protocol. It is very easy to do. All you need is a reflexology chart and a pair of strong thumbs. Alternatively, you can use a dull instrument, such as a pestle or even a door stopper with a rubber cap on the end to press into your feet or hands. This stimulates nerves in the feet or hands that connect to corresponding organs of the body.

Reflexology charts are easy to find and print right off the Internet. Two sources are provided below.

Instructions

Chart One

1. Choose the first chart from the references below. Click on the link to open the page.

2. Fill out the email form for the first chart, and click "send." An email will be sent to you with a reflexology chart you can print from your computer.

3. Print out the reflexology chart with color ink. You won't be able to distinguish the various regions of the feet with black ink.

4. Carry the foot chart with you to the area you plan to perform the foot reflexology.

5. Read the chart. Find the corresponding area on your own body or that of the person needing reflexology.

6. Press into the area of the foot or hand that corresponds to the body organ needing healing. Use your thumbs, a pestle, or a door stopper with a rubber tip.

Chart Two

7. Choose the second reflexology chart in References section. Click on the link to open the page.

8. Choose and click on either the interactive foot or hand map.

9. Use your mouse to scroll your cursor up and down the hands or feet in the image. Various parts of the hands or feet light up.

10. Scroll your cursor over the body organ that needs healing in the list below the image. The corresponding part of the feet or hands to massage will light up.

11. Deeply press into the area on your own feet or those of the person you are helping. Use your thumbs, a pestle, or a door stopper with a rubber tip.
